Hey, I am Gareth.

I am a husband, dad, and someone who figured out that staying fit after 40 is less about grinding harder and more about training smarter.

By day I run operations for a national company. The rest of my time belongs to my wife Kayla and our two daughters. That does not leave a lot of room for 2-hour gym sessions — so I stopped trying to make them work.
